How To Request Support or Report a Bug

In this article

If you are having any issues with the theme or have any questions regarding how to use the theme you can contact us for help via 2 methods.

    Important Support Notice

We do not provide support through private messages on ThemeForest. To get help, please use the official support channels below.

    Report a Bug

Reporting a bug does not require an active support license. You only need a valid Total theme license that has been registered to your Total user portal account.

To submit a bug report, log in to the Total user portal, click Support from the navigation, then click the Report a Bug link displayed in the notice at the top of the page. This will take you to the bug report form where you can provide the details needed for us to investigate the issue.

    Submit a Private Support Request

You can also submit a private ticket via the Total theme user portal at my.totalwptheme.com. Tickets are moderated by the theme developer (AJ).

When you submit a ticket you will receive an email confirmation and once our staff has been able to review and respond to your ticket you should receive another email with our response.

Tickets are basically done as emails back and forth to keep things easier and so you are notified right away when we’ve replied back without having to log back into our ticket site you can simply reply back to our email response for any further assistance.

Need Help Without a Support License?

Private support tickets require an active support license.

Don’t have one or don’t want to renew? Just leave a comment on ThemeForest. We reply to all comments, even without an active license!
