By default WooCommerce products display related products at the bottom of the single product page. This can be disabled using custom code. However, in the Total theme the related products can be disabled easily via the customizer.
Log into your WordPress site and go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Total) > Single Product where you will find a setting named “Related Items Count“. Enter 0 for the value to disable the related products.
