By default the Total theme includes the following custom post types:
- Portfolio
- Staff
- Testimonials
These custom post types can be disabled/enabled via the Theme Panel as shown in the screenshot below:
Disabling a theme custom post type will also prevent all associated functions to not be loaded on the site thus also slimming things down. So if you aren’t using them go a head and disable them.
