By default social share buttons are only enabled for your standard posts (the blog) which is the most common usage on websites. However, you can enable social sharing on other sections of your site such as your standard pages. To do this you simply would log into WordPress and go to Appearance > Customize > General Theme Options > Pages and enable the block.
