Total includes built-in options to alter the layouts for the Events Calendar Plugin (affiliate link). Simply go to Appearance > Customize > Tribe Events and you’ll find options for altering the various layouts.
Important: Because the Main Events Calendar page is a “page” you will alter the layout via the Page Settings. Also if your main calendar page doesn’t look good make sure you have the correct template selected.
