This step is no longer required in new versions of the theme.
After installing and activating the recommended plugins for this theme, it’s also advised to navigate to Settings > Permalinks.
Here, you can customize your permalink structure. Once you’ve chosen your preferred format, click the Save button to apply the changes.
This step is to prevent any 404 errors on custom post type pages.
Additional Permalink Options Based on Active Plugins
Depending on the plugins you have activated, you may see extra permalink settings. For instance, in the example above, WooCommerce permalink options are visible because the WooCommerce plugin was active on our test site.
