With the Total WordPress Theme you can easily alter your main page header/title design via the WordPress Customizer. Simply log into WordPress and go to Appearance > Customize > General Theme Options > Page Title to make your edits.
Disable Breadcrumbs
If you want to disable the breadcrumbs in the page title by default you can do so also in the Customizer under General Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.
