Keeping your theme up to date ensures you receive the latest features, bug fixes, and security improvements. You can always review the changelog to see the latest version available for download, or enable automatic updates to be notified whenever a new release is available.
To check which version of the theme you currently have installed, use one of the following methods:
Option 1: Check the Theme Panel
You can quickly view your installed theme version directly in the Theme Panel. The version number is displayed under the logo on the top right.
Option 2: Check Under Appearance > Themes
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance → Themes.
- Locate the Total theme.
- Click on the theme thumbnail to open the details view — you’ll see the version number listed there.
