The Total theme includes a custom taxonomy called Post Series which is available for your standard (blog) posts so that you can easily create “Post Series” if you want to have Tutorials or simply group posts together that should be read in a specific order. This is different than using categories and tags because when a post is added inside a Post Series the list of posts inside that series will display at the top of the post so the user can easily browse through them.
Styling & Customizing the Post Series
The theme includes some styling and customization options for the Post Series under Appearance > Customize > General Theme Options > Post Series.
